As a pediatric dietitian and feeding expert (with two young daughters of my own at home), I understand your struggle with feeding your little ones. I’ve been on your end of the fight, both in my own home and in my professional experience.

I have designed this course and community to pack in as much guidance, evidence-based education, and non-judgmental support as possible in order to help you create a plan to foster a healthy relationship with food for your children and family, in a way that’s doable with your busy schedule and to be completed on YOUR time.

As parents and caregivers, we have the power to help our kids trust their bodies and the foods they are eating, without stress, guilt, or pressure.

What does the actual program entail?

  • Online course on your schedule. Access to the Conquering Mealtimes course, on your schedule. You will receive lifetime access to the video presentation as well as supporting PDFs and guides for you to use. Obtain practical strategies and tips that you can use at your next mealtime.
  • Collaborative learning. Become part of the Conquering Mealtimes community. Your access to the course includes lifetime access to the community. There will be monthly live trainings (which will be recorded) and monthly group coaching designed to answer your specific questions when you need them, with opportunities to ask questions.
  • One-on-one support. Every month you have the option to book a 1:1 call with me (yep, it's included in the program). We can talk about your specific challenges and I can provide you with guidance to make feeding great.
